The plot of the movie is set in the Lego world with its buildings and trees and cars and everything else. The lead character is a builder called Emmet who thinks he is just an ordinary Lego mini-figure but is the most extraordinary person there is and the key to saving the whole Lego universe. Emmet and his friends travel through the Lego universe to try and save Lego world from the evil tyrant – Lord Business.
Hands up this shouldn’t be on my list, I have forgotten my own rules and here is the evidence as I have never watched this movie. Not all the way through in one sitting and if I am honest, I have only seen pockets of it in 10-20 minutes burst as shh speak quietly I am not the huge Lego fan that people think I am. I like it but son loved it and many people I know swear by it. It is good but I am not obsessed with it like so many others. The film of what I’ve seen is good but not good enough for me to give up my time to sit and watch it through all in one go. Now the kids are tiring of it I may never get that chance to be bothered.
